Risk Management Specialist

PayneWest Insurance is seeking a dedicated Risk Management Specialist with a passion for ensuring the safety and security of our clients in unique industries. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in providing proactive risk management solutions tailored to the specific needs of our clients in dynamic sectors.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with clients in the sports and entertainment industry, identifying potential risks and developing strategic risk management plans
Conduct thorough risk assessments and analysis, creating recommendations for risk mitigation
Engage with clients, internal teams, and external partners to implement risk management best practices
Stay updated on industry trends and regulations to provide informed risk management advice
Formulate and deliver comprehensive risk management reports to clients and stakeholders
Work within a collaborative team environment to ensure exceptional service delivery

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Risk Management, Insurance, or related field
Proven experience in risk management, ideally in sports or entertainment sectors
Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and assess potential risks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines effectively
Proficiency in industry-specific risk management tools and software
Certifications such as ARM, CRM, or comparable designations are advantageous
