Key Responsibilities:

Establish and maintain relationships with local farming and agricultural communities to understand their unique healthcare needs
Organize health education events and workshops specifically tailored to rural populations
Collaborate with medical professionals and community leaders to develop and implement strategies for increasing access to healthcare services in rural areas
Participate in the design and execution of programs aimed at addressing health disparities in agricultural communities

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Public Health, Community Health, or Agriculture
Demonstrated experience working in rural or agricultural settings, understanding the unique needs and challenges of these communities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
