We are currently looking for a skilled individual to assume the role of Franchise Development Specialist. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and success of our company through the expansion and management of our diverse portfolio of business operations.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying potential franchise partners and evaluating their suitability for collaboration within our organization
- Developing and implementing strategic plans for new franchise development
- Providing ongoing support and guidance to existing franchisees, ensuring they align with our brand's standards and values
- Conducting market research and trend analysis to identify new opportunities for expansion
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure effective and seamless integration of new franchise operations
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, preferably within the franchise or chain industry
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish; additional languages are a plus
