Job Opening: Innovation Scientist

We are currently seeking an Innovation Scientist to join our dynamic team and contribute to our groundbreaking work. As an Innovation Scientist, you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge solutions and play a pivotal role in our research and development initiatives. Your responsibilities will include exploring new methodologies, contributing to product development, and championing a culture of innovation within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research to discover new chemical and ingredient solutions
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and product development
Develop and implement new testing procedures to ensure product quality and safety
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to enhance our product portfolio
Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions and ideation workshops

Requirements:

A Master's or Ph.D. in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field
Prior experience in a research and development role within the chemical industry
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a diverse and inclusive environment
Proven track record of innovation and creative problem-solving
Excellent communication skills and the ability to present complex ideas effectively
