As the senior terminal operations lead, you will strategically oversee and manage day-to-day operations, focusing on optimization, efficiency, and innovation.
Your Responsibilities:
- Strategically plan and manage terminal operations to ensure smooth and efficient processes
- Optimize resource utilization through innovative strategies
- Develop and implement performance metrics to track operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Lead and mentor a team to ensure operational excellence and productivity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field
- Proven experience in terminal or port operations management
- Demonstrated ability to innovate and drive positive change in operational processes
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment
