About the Role: The Regulatory Compliance Specialist will be responsible for ensuring that our organization adheres to all pertinent laws, regulations, and guidelines affecting our operations. This individual will work closely with various teams across the organization to develop and maintain compliance programs, policies, and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Conducting regular assessments to identify areas of non-compliance
Developing and implementing compliance training programs
Keeping abreast of regulatory developments and informing relevant stakeholders
Collaborating with legal and operational teams to address compliance issues
Preparing compliance reports and documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in regulatory compliance, preferably within the not-for-profit sector
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory requirements
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
