Position: Rural Community Development Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategies to support sustainable agriculture and rural development in our region.
Collaborate with local stakeholders to identify opportunities for economic and social growth within rural communities.
Organize and lead educational programs and workshops to promote best practices in agriculture and environmental sustainability.
Conduct research to identify areas for improvement and innovation, working towards the prosperity of rural businesses and livelihoods.

Requirements:

A genuine passion for the rural sector and a deep understanding of its challenges and opportunities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with diverse community members, including farmers, local businesses, and government representatives.
Strong organizational and project management abilities to coordinate and execute community-based initiatives efficiently.
