Ceuta Legal Aid Society seeks a motivated and culturally sensitive individual to join our team as a Cultural Exchange Coordinator. As an organization deeply committed to embracing diversity and inclusion, we are dedicated to creating an environment where every voice is valued and heard.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement programs that facilitate cultural exchange and understanding within the community
Plan and coordinate events that celebrate diversity and promote inclusivity
Cultivate partnerships with local organizations and individuals to enhance cross-cultural experiences
Assist in creating engaging content for social media platforms that highlights the importance of multiculturalism and tolerance
Conduct research on relevant cultural trends and developments in the region
Collaborate with our legal and advocacy teams to provide support and resources for individuals from diverse backgrounds

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Passion for promoting multiculturalism and global understanding
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Fluency or proficiency in multiple languages is a plus
Experience in event planning and coordination desired but not mandatory
