We are looking for a creative mind with a passion for cultural representation and innovation within the industry. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and an understanding of cross-cultural dynamics.
Position: Cultural Representation Specialist
Location: Zurich, Switzerland
Job Description:
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance cultural representation within various media platforms
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure authenticity and inclusivity in our communication and advertising efforts
- Stay updated on industry trends and cultural developments to inform our creative direction
- Contribute to the creation of engaging, culturally relevant content across different channels
- Act as a liaison between our organization and diverse cultural communities
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience in promoting cultural diversity and representation through media, advertising, or entertainment
- Strong understanding of multiculturalism and global perspectives
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus
- Proven ability to think creatively and strategically
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in cross-cultural settings
- Previous involvement in community outreach or cultural exchange programs
- Track record of successful collaboration with diverse teams
- Knowledge of emerging trends in cultural representation and media
- Familiarity with the Swiss and European cultural landscape
