Skellefteå Kraft is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Outdoor Pursuits Coordinator. Our ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader who can organize, promote, and execute various outdoor pursuits for all ages and abilities.

Responsibilities:

Develop and oversee a comprehensive outdoor pursuits program
Coordinate and lead outdoor fitness classes and events
Create and maintain relationships with local outdoor organizations and partners
Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outdoor pursuits programs

Qualifications:

Passion for the outdoors and a commitment to promoting an active lifestyle
Experience in organizing and leading outdoor activities and events
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Relevant certifications in outdoor education or related fields
