Skellefteå Kraft is seeking a passionate and motivated individual to join our team as an Outdoor Pursuits Coordinator. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the realm of outdoor activities and events, making a real difference in people's lives. Our ideal candidate will be an inspiring leader who can organize, promote, and execute various outdoor pursuits for all ages and abilities.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee a comprehensive outdoor pursuits program
- Coordinate and lead outdoor fitness classes and events
- Create and maintain relationships with local outdoor organizations and partners
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all participants
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of outdoor pursuits programs
- Passion for the outdoors and a commitment to promoting an active lifestyle
- Experience in organizing and leading outdoor activities and events
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Relevant certifications in outdoor education or related fields
