Responsibilities

Develop and implement sustainability strategies that align with our business objectives.
Oversee and manage sustainability programs, ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Evaluate and report on the environmental impact of our operations, identifying areas for improvement.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate sustainable practices across various business units.
Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices to ensure adherence to sustainability regulations and standards.
Engage with stakeholders, including employees, communities, and regulatory bodies, to promote Aveng's sustainability initiatives.
Conduct regular assessments to identify risks and opportunities related to sustainability and develop mitigation plans.
Prepare and present sustainability reports for internal and external stakeholders, showcasing our progress and initiatives.
Lead the implementation of environmental and social impact assessments for new projects and initiatives.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Science, Sustainable Development, Business Management, or a related field.
Proven experience in developing and implementing sustainability strategies within a corporate environment.
Familiarity with environmental regulations, industry standards, and best practices.
Strong project management skills with the ability to drive change and influence stakeholders.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to engage with diverse stakeholders effectively.
Analytical mindset with the capability to interpret and report on complex sustainability data.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
