Job Responsibilities:

Lead compliance efforts to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements within the organization
Conduct thorough reviews of policies and procedures to align with legal standards
Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and maintain comprehensive compliance strategies
Provide guidance and training to staff members on legal and ethical matters
Stay abreast of legal developments and amendments to inform and update internal policies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Proven experience in compliance-related roles
Strong understanding of legal and regulatory frameworks
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
