Position: Legal Compliance Specialist

Responsibilities:

Conduct legal research and provide guidance on regulatory compliance
Develop and maintain internal policies and procedures
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure adherence to legal and ethical standards
Monitor changes in legislation and advise on necessary adaptations
Review and draft contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
Handle legal inquiries and communicate effectively with external legal counsel

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field
Proven experience in a legal compliance role, preferably in the healthcare or research industry
Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks and procedures
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Proficiency in Italian and English
