Craftsmanship Specialist
Ceuta Legal Assistance Foundation is seeking a dynamic and talented individual to join our team as a Craftsmanship Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for curating and showcasing a distinctive collection of fine artisanal products reflective of the rich cultural heritage of Ceuta. This position requires a passion for customer engagement, a keen eye for quality, and the ability to drive sales through storytelling and curation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Curate and maintain a diverse range of artisanal goods
- Provide exceptional customer service by sharing product stories and regional significance
- Drive sales through knowledgeable and engaging interactions with customers
- Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance product presentation
- Collaborate with local artisans and vendors to source unique products
- Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a retail, hospitality, or cultural preservation setting
- Passionate about craftsmanship, cultural heritage, and storytelling
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic and multicultural environment
- Fluency in English and Spanish; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets
- Attention to detail and a creative mindset
- Familiarity with point of sale (POS) systems is an advantage
