Position: Immersive Experience Producer

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with creative teams to develop and produce immersive experiences that captivate and enchant our guests
Conceptualize, design, and execute creative projects that elevate our entertainment offerings
Manage and lead the production process for immersive experiences from inception to completion
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of immersive experiences within our parks and entertainment venues
Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to continuously innovate and enhance our offerings

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience
Demonstrated experience in producing immersive experiences, themed entertainment, or related projects
Strong artistic and design sensibility with a focus on creating engaging and memorable experiences
Proven project management skills with the ability to drive projects to successful completion
Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a passion for creating magical moments for our guests
