Your Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of sales data, customer behavior, and market trends to identify opportunities for business growth
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and create actionable reports and presentations
Utilize advanced statistical methods to forecast sales, evaluate promotional effectiveness, and optimize pricing strategies
Identify and interpret patterns and trends, turning complex data into clear, actionable insights to support decision-making
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer preferences to inform strategic business decisions

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a quantitative field such as statistics, mathematics, economics, or related disciplines
Proven experience in data analysis, market research, or related fields, preferably within the retail or consumer goods industry
Proficiency in analytical tools such as SQL, R, Python, or similar programming languages
Strong understanding of statistical concepts and methodologies, including regression analysis, clustering, and segmentation
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders
