The Normandy Association of Therapists is seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to fill the role of Therapeutic Companion Specialist. Responsibilities:
- Develop personalized therapeutic plans to meet the unique emotional and physical needs of our clients.
- Engage in professional development activities to stay current with evolving therapeutic techniques.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive and holistic care for our clients.
- Participate in outreach programs to raise awareness about the importance of animal-assisted therapy.
Requirements:
- A strong passion for improving the lives of individuals through compassionate care and support.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Relevant experience in therapeutic settings is preferred.
- An understanding of animal behavior and the unique bond between animals and humans.
