We are seeking an Equipment Management Supervisor to join our dynamic team at Louisiana Cat. As a key player in our organization, you will oversee the proper functioning and maintenance of essential equipment in the construction and industrial sectors. Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the maintenance and repair of heavy equipment including bulldozers, excavators, and loaders
Supervise a team of technicians, providing guidance and support for efficient work processes
Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures to ensure a secure working environment
Monitor equipment usage and performance, implementing preventive maintenance measures
Collaborate with other departments to identify equipment needs and optimize utilization
Implement cost-effective strategies for equipment procurement, maintenance, and repair
Report on equipment performance, maintenance, and repair activities to upper management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; or equivalent work experience
Proven experience in equipment maintenance and management within the manufacturing or industrial sector
Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to foster a positive team environment
Strong knowledge of heavy equipment systems and components
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Understanding of safety regulations and best practices in industrial settings
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficiency with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS) is a plus
