We are seeking a Technology Solutions Architect who can steer the development of advanced technical solutions. In this role, you will lead the design and implementation of innovative systems that support our mission to provide the best care for animals in need.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and communicate architectural plans that align with organizational goals and advance animal care initiatives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
Oversee the implementation of scalable and sustainable technology solutions, ensuring seamless integration across our shelter operations.
Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and recommend improvements that enhance operational efficiency and animal well-being.
Champion best practices in system security, data management, and technology infrastructure.

Requirements:

Proven experience in system architecture design and implementation in a similar domain.
Deep knowledge of modern software development and database management.
