As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be at the forefront of fostering connections within the local community, organizing events, and developing partnerships that align with Cargill's values and community-focused initiatives. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, creative, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities:

Develop and implement community engagement strategies in line with the company's vision
Plan and execute engaging events that promote positive community interaction
Establish and maintain strong relationships with local organizations and stakeholders
Contribute to the creation of compelling content to support community engagement initiatives
Identify and explore partnership opportunities with community-focused entities
Regularly evaluate the impact of community engagement efforts and provide feedback for continuous improvement

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
Proven experience in community engagement, event planning, or related areas
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
Passion for creating meaningful connections and promoting community well-being
Proficiency in project management and organization
