As a Community Engagement Specialist, you will be at the forefront of fostering connections within the local community, organizing events, and developing partnerships that align with Cargill's values and community-focused initiatives. We are looking for a candidate who is proactive, creative, and thrives in a collaborative environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement community engagement strategies in line with the company's vision
- Plan and execute engaging events that promote positive community interaction
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with local organizations and stakeholders
- Contribute to the creation of compelling content to support community engagement initiatives
- Identify and explore partnership opportunities with community-focused entities
- Regularly evaluate the impact of community engagement efforts and provide feedback for continuous improvement
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
- Proven experience in community engagement, event planning, or related areas
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Passion for creating meaningful connections and promoting community well-being
- Proficiency in project management and organization
