We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual for the position of Customer Experience Specialist. Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, anticipating customer needs, and proactively addressing concerns.
Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide valuable insights to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate communication at all touchpoints.
Track and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements:

Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or related industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and understanding the customer's perspective.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions and data.
Fluency in English and German is preferred.
