We are currently seeking a motivated, customer-focused individual for the position of Customer Experience Specialist. Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional service, anticipating customer needs, and proactively addressing concerns.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of sales and service strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to provide valuable insights to improve customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure timely and accurate communication at all touchpoints.
- Track and analyze customer feedback and data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a retail or related industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and understanding the customer's perspective.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other relevant tools to manage customer interactions and data.
- Fluency in English and German is preferred.
