Job Description:

Design and implement customized performance enhancement programs for athletes and fitness enthusiasts utilizing marine-based equipment.
Conduct assessments and evaluations to create tailored training regimens for clients seeking to optimize their physical performance.
Collaborate with our engineering and design teams to innovate and refine marine equipment to meet the evolving needs of the sports and fitness industry.
Provide expert guidance on the integration of marine technology into sports and fitness settings, ensuring safety and efficiency.
Stay abreast of industry trends and developments to continually enhance our offerings and maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Exercise Science, Kinesiology, or a related field.
Certification as a Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) or equivalent qualification.
Demonstrated experience in designing performance training programs for athletes and fitness enthusiasts.
An understanding of marine equipment and its application in the sports and fitness sector is advantageous.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
A passion for promoting health, wellness, and performance optimization.
