Anchorvale Community Club is seeking a passionate individual to join our team as a Specialist: Community Engagement Data Analyst.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with community leaders to understand the needs and behaviors of residents within the Northeast Region.
- Utilize advanced data analytics to drive decision-making processes for community engagement activities.
- Develop and implement surveys and feedback mechanisms to gather insights for program improvement.
- Produce comprehensive reports and visualizations to communicate key findings to stakeholders and enhance strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with a strong foundation in data analysis or a related discipline.
- Proven expertise in interpreting quantitative and qualitative data with attention to detail.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools, statistical software, and database management.
- Exceptional communication skills to liaise with diverse community groups and present insights effectively.
- Demonstrated passion for fostering community development through insightful data-driven strategies.
