Key Responsibilities:
- Streamlining internal processes for optimal resource utilization
- Implementing innovative strategies to improve overall operational efficiency

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related fields
- Proven experience in process improvement and operational efficiency

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment
- Fluency in English and German; French language skills are a plus
