Role Overview:

The ideal candidate will lead the design and creation of wellness experiences that resonate with our customers in Neuchâtel. You will bring a deep understanding of the human experience and its intersection with technology, creating compelling, user-centered wellness solutions.

Responsibilities:

Conceptualize and design wellness experiences tailored to meet the diverse needs of our customers
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate beauty and healthcare technology into innovative wellness solutions
Stay updated on industry trends, ensuring our offerings remain at the forefront of innovation
Conduct user research and testing to ensure the effectiveness and desirability of our wellness experiences

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related discipline (e.g. Health Science, Design, Psychology)
Proven experience in designing user experiences, preferably in beauty or healthcare-related industries
Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and methodologies
Passion for leveraging technology to enhance wellness and beauty experiences
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
