Your Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute advanced operational strategies that meet the dynamic demands of the poultry processing industry.
Work closely with our R&D and engineering teams to integrate and roll out industry-leading technologies within our logistics and supply chain processes.
Continuously analyze and improve our logistical infrastructure, focusing on efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Utilize data-driven insights to drive process optimization and enhance the overall performance of our transportation and logistics systems.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field.
Proven experience in a complex industrial or manufacturing environment, with a focus on process optimization and technology integration.
Demonstrated knowledge of advanced systems and technologies relevant to supply chain management, material handling, and transportation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment.
