Position: Composite Materials Engineer

We are looking for a driven professional to take on the role of Composite Materials Engineer. In this role, you will leverage your expertise to develop, test, and refine advanced composite materials for high-performance applications in the aviation and aerospace industry. You will work in close collaboration with cross-functional teams to innovate and optimize composite material solutions, driving progress and excellence in our products and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct research and analysis to design and develop composite materials with superior mechanical and thermal properties
Collaborate with engineering teams to validate and integrate composite materials into aircraft and aerospace components
Initiate and lead testing programs to assess the performance and durability of composite materials
Stay current with industry advancements, trends, and regulations related to composite materials in aviation and aerospace
Optimize manufacturing processes and techniques for composite materials to enhance efficiency and quality

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Materials Science, Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or related field
Proven experience in the design and development of composite materials for aerospace or aviation applications
Strong understanding of composite material properties, performance characteristics, and manufacturing processes
Proficiency in simulation tools and software for materials analysis and composite behavior prediction
Excellent problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail and a results-oriented mindset
Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate within cross-functional teams
