We are currently seeking a Facilities and Operations Coordinator to oversee the seamless functioning of our beautiful museum. As a vital part of our team, you will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operations and maintenance of the museum's facilities.

Your Responsibilities:

Manage and coordinate the maintenance of our museum's infrastructure, including overseeing contracts, vendors, and suppliers.
Assist in the planning and execution of facility improvement projects and renovations.
Develop and implement operational procedures to enhance museum visitors' experience.
Collaborate with various departments to support the logistical needs of museum events and exhibitions.
Execute safety and security protocols, ensuring a safe environment for our staff and visitors.
Participate in the planning and execution of emergency evacuation procedures and staff training.

Your Qualifications:

Proven experience in facilities management or a related field, demonstrating strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with a diverse team and external partners.
An inclination towards problem-solving with a keen eye for detail, ensuring the museum's functionality and appeal.
