You will work closely with various departments to promote diversity awareness, develop inclusive policies, and drive initiatives to advance diversity in our company culture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement diversity and inclusion programs
- Collaborate with HR to enhance diversity recruitment strategies
- Lead internal educational workshops on diversity and inclusion
- Advise and support employee resource groups
- Participate in industry events to promote diversity initiatives
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Sociology, Psychology, or a related field
- Proven experience in diversity and inclusion, ideally within a technology or media company
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Understanding of multiculturalism and its impact on business success
- Passion for promoting diversity and fostering an inclusive workplace
