Position Available: Sustainable Resource Utilization Specialist

We are currently looking for a Sustainable Resource Utilization Specialist to help lead our efforts in harnessing the potential of Narok's natural resources in a sustainable and environmentally friendly manner. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize resource use while preserving the region's natural ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct assessments of land use and resource availability
Design and implement sustainable farming and utilization practices
Engage with local farmers and communities to promote eco-friendly agricultural techniques
Collaborate with government agencies and NGOs to support sustainable agriculture initiatives
Provide educational outreach on sustainable agriculture to local stakeholders
Research and recommend innovative approaches for resource management

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Natural Resource Management, or related field
Proven experience in sustainable agriculture or rural development
Strong understanding of ecological principles and sustainable land use
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
