Position: Wellness Experience Coordinator
Location: Kymen Golf, Kymenlaakso, Finland
Employment Type: Full-Time

Responsibilities:

Design and implement wellness programs and activities for our members and guests
Collaborate with our team to promote and support a healthy lifestyle culture
Ensure the highest standards of wellness services are maintained throughout the facility
Organize and conduct events that promote physical and mental well-being
Create personalized wellness plans for individuals based on assessments and goals

Qualifications:

Experience in healthcare, wellness, or related field
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Certification in wellness coaching or related areas is a plus
An ability to work collaboratively within a team
Demonstrated leadership and organizational skills
A passion for promoting and advancing wellness initiatives
