Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated individual to serve as our Legal Compliance Specialist. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the organization's compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. This role involves maintaining up-to-date knowledge of legal requirements, conducting internal audits, and developing and implementing policies and procedures to safeguard the organization. The Legal Compliance Specialist will collaborate with various departments to provide guidance on legal matters and promote a culture of ethical and legal compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor and interpret laws and regulations affecting healthcare
Develop and implement compliance policies and procedures
Conduct internal audits to assess compliance and identify areas for improvement
Collaborate with management to address legal and compliance issues
Provide training and guidance to staff on legal and compliance matters
Ensure effective communication of legal requirements across the organization

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
Proven experience in legal compliance within the healthcare industry
Strong understanding of federal and state healthcare regulations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams
Detail-oriented and capable of maintaining confidentiality
Professional certification in compliance or related field is a plus
