Our hospital is seeking a dedicated individual with expertise in managing and coordinating flight operations, ensuring the safe and efficient transport of patients needing critical care services.

As a Flight Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of air transportation, including flight scheduling, crew management, and regulatory compliance. Your role will involve collaborating with medical staff and pilots to guarantee timely and secure patient transfers. Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement flight operation plans in accordance with hospital protocols and aviation regulations
Coordinate with medical teams to organize patient transfers, ensuring all medical and logistical requirements are met
Manage flight crew schedules, training, and performance evaluations
Oversee aircraft maintenance schedules and safety inspections
Ensure compliance with aviation safety standards and procedures
Monitor and analyze flight data to optimize operational efficiency and safety

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aeronautical Science, or a related field
Proven experience in flight operations, preferably in the medical or emergency services sector
Strong knowledge of aviation regulations and industry best practices
