Responsibilities:

Design and implement animal wellness programs geared towards youth engagement and education
Coordinate with local animal shelters and rescue organizations to support animal welfare initiatives
Develop and maintain partnerships with professionals in the veterinary and animal care industry
Create and oversee events and activities that promote animal wellness awareness
Provide mentorship to young individuals interested in pursuing animal-related careers
Collaborate with schools and community groups to promote responsible pet ownership

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
Passion for animal welfare and youth advocacy
Strong communication and organizational skills
Ability to work independently and within a team environment
Proficiency in Spanish and English
Experience in program development and event coordination is a plus
