SINGAPORE - Are you passionate about fostering cultural integration and community engagement? SINDA, a prominent organization in Singapore's Central Region, is seeking a driven and creative individual to join our vibrant team. As we continue to expand our influence in the community, we are searching for a Multicultural Community Events Coordinator to lead and organize various cultural events and activities.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement diverse cultural events that promote social harmony and inclusivity
Collaborate with local communities and organizations to organize engaging and interactive activities
Manage event logistics and coordinate with vendors, performers, and participants
Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement
Act as a liaison between different cultural groups to create opportunities for understanding and dialogue

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Arts, Sociology, or a related field
Proven experience in event planning or community engagement
Strong understanding of different cultural traditions and customs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion
