SINGAPORE - Are you passionate about fostering cultural integration and community engagement? SINDA, a prominent organization in Singapore's Central Region, is seeking a driven and creative individual to join our vibrant team. As we continue to expand our influence in the community, we are searching for a Multicultural Community Events Coordinator to lead and organize various cultural events and activities.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement diverse cultural events that promote social harmony and inclusivity
- Collaborate with local communities and organizations to organize engaging and interactive activities
- Manage event logistics and coordinate with vendors, performers, and participants
- Evaluate event success and gather feedback for continuous improvement
- Act as a liaison between different cultural groups to create opportunities for understanding and dialogue
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Arts, Sociology, or a related field
- Proven experience in event planning or community engagement
- Strong understanding of different cultural traditions and customs
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about promoting diversity and inclusion
