Responsibilities:

Design and implement sophisticated security protocols to safeguard the resort's assets and ensure guest and staff safety.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess vulnerabilities, develop risk mitigation strategies, and deploy state-of-the-art security measures.
Manage, monitor, and enhance the resort's access control and surveillance systems, utilizing the latest technology to maintain an optimal security posture.
Stay updated on emerging security threats and industry trends, proposing and executing proactive solutions to minimize potential risks.
Conduct comprehensive security audits and assessments to evaluate and enhance the effectiveness of existing security measures.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees and certifications are a plus.

Proficiency in assessing, developing, and deploying security technologies, including access control systems, intrusion detection, and video surveillance.
