Position: Cultural Experience Development Officer

This role provides a unique chance to contribute to the expansion of our cultural programs and initiatives while fostering personal and professional growth.

Job Description:

Research and identify opportunities for the expansion of cultural experiences within the region
Establish and maintain partnerships with local businesses and organizations to enhance our cultural offerings
Develop and implement strategies to promote and market cultural events and initiatives
Collaborate with the marketing team to create engaging promotional materials
Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of cultural programs
Evaluate the success of cultural initiatives and make necessary adjustments to enhance their impact
Participate in community outreach initiatives to promote our cultural center's mission and activities
Contribute to the overall growth and evolution of our cultural programs

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Cultural Studies, or related field
Proven experience in project management or business development
Possess a deep appreciation for cultural diversity and community engagement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills
Ability to think creatively and strategically in a dynamic environment
Passion for learning and embracing new cultural experiences
Fluency in English and Italian is a plus
