As a Real Estate Development Strategist, you will be responsible for driving forward-thinking strategies that optimize our real estate portfolio and propel our company towards continued success.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement innovative real estate strategies that align with the company's objectives and market opportunities.
Identify and evaluate potential real estate investments, conducting thorough due diligence and financial analyses.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution of real estate development projects.
Oversee the negotiation and execution of real estate transactions, contracts, and agreements.
Provide valuable insights and recommendations to support the company's strategic growth initiatives.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven track record in real estate development, investment, or asset management within a dynamic and competitive market.
Strong financial acumen with the ability to analyze complex real estate deals and assess investment opportunities.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage competing priorities.
