Position Available: Financial Solutions Advisor

We are actively seeking a dynamic individual to assume the role of Financial Solutions Advisor. In this integral role, you will be responsible for providing tailored financial advice and solutions to our diverse clientele. Expect to engage with customers, understand their unique financial goals, and deliver personalized recommendations across a spectrum of financial products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Proactively engage with customers to understand their specific financial needs and ambitions
Offer tailored financial solutions and guidance based on clients' individual situations
Assist clients in navigating and understanding various financial products and services offered by M&T Bank
Build and maintain strong, lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service and support

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
Demonstrated experience in client-facing roles within the financial services sector
Strong understanding of different financial products and investment instruments
Excellent communication skills and the ability to articulate complex financial concepts in an easy-to-understand manner
FINRA Series 7 and 66 registrations (or ability to obtain within defined timeframe)
