As a Strategic Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in shaping and implementing our strategic initiatives. This position is ideal for a proactive problem solver with a keen understanding of geopolitical dynamics, risk assessment, and international security operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth analysis of global security challenges and trends
Provide strategic recommendations for enhancing stability policing operations
Collaborate with international partners to develop innovative approaches to security and stability
Support the planning and execution of training programs and exercises
Contribute to the development of policies and strategies aimed at promoting peace and security in conflict-affected regions

Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in International Relations, Political Science, Security Studies, or a related field
Proven experience in strategic analysis and security operations (preferably in an international/multinational context)
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to work effectively in a diverse and dynamic team environment
