Join Our Team: Community Engagement Coordinator
Are you passionate about bringing people together and creating a vibrant community through recreation and cultural events? Molise Environmental Association is seeking a proactive and dedicated Community Engagement Coordinator to join our team in Italy. As part of our commitment to promoting active living and social inclusion, we are looking for an individual who can blend the love for the outdoors with a keen understanding of community engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to encourage community participation in outdoor activities and cultural events
- Collaborate with local organizations and businesses to organize sports tournaments, cultural festivals, and entertainment events
- Create and maintain partnerships with relevant stakeholders to expand our reach and impact
- Coordinate outreach programs to involve diverse age groups and demographics in our initiatives
- Monitor and evaluate the success of community programs and adjust strategies as needed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent practical experience
- Demonstrated experience in event planning, community outreach, or related areas
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and project management abilities
- Passion for environmental conservation and a healthy, active lifestyle
- Proficiency in Italian and English languages
