Digital Engagement Specialist
Tampereen kaupunki Kulttuuripalvelut is seeking a passionate and creative individual to join our team as a Digital Engagement Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our online presence and engage with our audience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain our social media platforms, ensuring consistent and engaging content
- Create and execute digital marketing campaigns to promote our cultural events and activities
- Monitor and analyze social media metrics to measure the effectiveness of our online campaigns
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement digital engagement initiatives
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and social media
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
- Proven experience in managing social media platforms and implementing digital marketing campaigns
- Strong understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to think creatively and generate innovative ideas
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
