We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team at Wildlife Sydney Zoo in New South Wales. As a Wildlife Experience Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in creating memorable and educational experiences for our visitors, while contributing to the ongoing care and welfare of our diverse wildlife. This position offers a unique opportunity to grow and develop within a dynamic and thriving environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate and oversee the daily operations of wildlife encounter experiences
Develop and deliver engaging and informative presentations for visitors
Contribute to the design and implementation of enriching wildlife educational programs
Assist in the manufacturing and maintenance of wildlife exhibit props and enrichment tools
Ensure the highest standards of animal welfare, safety, and visitor satisfaction
Collaborate with various departments to ensure a seamless and exceptional visitor experience

Requirements:

Passion for wildlife conservation and environmental education
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in hands-on animal care and husbandry is a plus
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently
Strong attention to detail and a proactive mindset
Flexibility to work on weekends and public holidays
Previous customer service experience is desirable
