Job Description:

Research and analyze legal issues impacting the company and its operations
Conduct contract review and negotiations
Provide legal advice and support on various business initiatives
Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on legal matters

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Law or related field; Master of Laws (LLM) preferred
Proven experience working in a legal capacity within a corporate environment
Strong understanding of commercial law and contract management
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Fluency in French and English; additional languages a plus
