We are looking for a dynamic and creative individual to join our team at Enna Regional Art and Craft Cooperative in the heart of Sicily, Italy. As a Fitness and Recreation Experience Designer, your role will involve crafting unique and engaging experiences that combine physical activity, entertainment, and cultural enrichment for our visitors.

Responsibilities:

Design and develop innovative fitness and recreational programs blending artistic elements, local culture, and physical activities to captivate and inspire our guests.
Create and manage interactive events, workshops, and classes that promote holistic well-being and foster a strong sense of community.
Work closely with local artisans, performers, and sports enthusiasts to curate experiences that reflect the vibrant spirit of Sicily and enrich the lives of our visitors.

Requirements:

A passion for fitness, creativity, and the arts, with a deep appreciation for Sicilian culture and its traditions.
Demonstrated ability to design and implement engaging recreational activities or fitness programs, with a keen eye for detail and a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders, including artists, fitness experts, and local community members.
Proven organizational and project management abilities, with the capability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
