Role Overview

The Creative Content Development Specialist will be responsible for creating engaging and impactful narratives, visual content, and digital experiences that effectively communicate MaineHealth's mission and values. The ideal candidate will possess a keen understanding of storytelling, digital media production, and audience engagement strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Conceptualize and produce compelling multimedia content for a variety of platforms
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and creative excellence
Develop and implement content strategies to drive audience engagement and brand awareness
Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in media and digital advertising
Participate in content planning and brainstorming sessions to generate fresh and innovative ideas

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate should have:

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Media Studies, Journalism, or related field
4+ years of experience in content creation, digital media, or creative writing
Demonstrated ability to leverage various media channels and storytelling techniques
Proficiency with multimedia development tools and digital content management systems
Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
An imaginative and collaborative approach to content development
Passion for healthcare, community outreach, and making a difference
