Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement cultural programs and experiences for visitors, ensuring an immersive and educational experience.
Collaborate with local communities to organize cultural events and performances that showcase the diverse traditions of the Northern Cape.
Facilitate cross-cultural communication and understanding, fostering an environment of mutual respect and appreciation.
Train and guide staff to provide culturally sensitive and enriching interactions with visitors.
Contribute to the development of sustainable tourism initiatives that celebrate the natural and cultural heritage of the region.

Requirements:

Passion for cultural exchange and diversity.
Strong communication and intercultural sensitivity skills.
Experience in event coordination or cultural programming.
Knowledge of local customs, traditions, and languages is highly desirable.
