As a key member of our Legal and Regulatory Affairs team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and a proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs.

Responsibilities:

Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact our operations
Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards
Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas of risk
Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective action plans as necessary
Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
Act as a liaison with external regulatory bodies

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
