Stuttgarter Straßenbahnen AG is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Regulatory Compliance Specialist.
As a key member of our Legal and Regulatory Affairs team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our organization adheres to all applicable laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of regulatory requirements and a proven track record of developing and implementing compliance programs.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor changes in laws and regulations that may impact our operations
- Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with legal standards
- Conduct internal audits and assessments to identify areas of risk
- Collaborate with internal teams to implement corrective action plans as necessary
- Provide guidance and training to employees on compliance matters
- Act as a liaison with external regulatory bodies
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
- 3+ years of experience in regulatory compliance
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent knowledge of relevant laws and regulations
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities
