Position Available: Clinical Education Coordinator

We are currently in search of a dynamic Clinical Education Coordinator to facilitate the integration of theoretical knowledge with practical clinical experience for our students. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent interpersonal abilities, and a deep understanding of the healthcare industry. Your role will involve collaborating with industry partners to ensure that our students receive the highest quality experiential learning opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and manage relationships with clinical placement sites
Coordinate and oversee student placements and assessments
Contribute to curriculum development with a focus on clinical training
Provide mentorship and guidance to students in clinical settings
Collaborate with faculty and external stakeholders to ensure alignment of education with industry standards
Conduct regular evaluations to enhance the quality of clinical education

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in a related field
Minimum of 3 years' experience in a clinical or academic environment
Strong understanding of experiential learning methodologies
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
In-depth knowledge of industry best practices and regulations
