Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and develop multimedia solutions that align with the municipality's strategic objectives
- Collaborate with various departments to understand their communication needs and develop compelling multimedia content accordingly
- Create and manage multimedia campaigns for key initiatives and events
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in multimedia production
- Work with external vendors and partners to produce high-quality multimedia content
- Ensure that all multimedia materials adhere to relevant industry standards and guidelines
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated proficiency in multimedia content creation and editing software
- Proven experience in managing multimedia projects from concept to completion
- Strong understanding of multimedia production techniques and best practices
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively under tight deadlines
- Knowledge of design principles, video editing, and animation is a plus
